Last month, the Communist Part of China concluded its 18th Party Congress and once-in-a-decade leadership transition. As expected, Xi Jinping has been named the chairman of the Party, set to replace Hu Jintao as China’s President in March, 2013. He will lead the nation — the world’s second largest economy — for the next 10 years.

To mark this important transition, Weber Shandwick has produced a White Paper report that provides extensive background and analysis of the transition and insight into what it will mean for companies doing business in China. ‘China at the Crossroads’ looks at the opportunities and threats that may arise during the new administration and offers guidance for corporations looking to traverse the complex environment of reform and policy decisions.
