Weber Shandwick has been named Asia Pacific Digital Consultancy of the Year by The Holmes Report.

The recognition comes just two years after the introduction of the agency’s digital studio, led by Jon Wade, head of digital, Asia Pacific. The studio serves Weber Shandwick clients across Asia Pacific, with locations in Hong Kong, Beijing and Sydney.

The Holmes Report said that the recognition “is in large part down to the development of an impressive digital studio led by Jon Wade, which has shown a commendable commitment to cutting-edge content creation on behalf of both clients and the firm itself.”

The studio focuses on digital content production, web development and design, post production, animation and project management across the region. The award not only acknowledges the digital and studio teams, but also those who have worked to seamlessly integrate online activities into broader client campaigns, proving that digital is not just a specialty offering, but part of the exceptional work we deliver every day.

Weber Shandwick has consistently been recognised for its work across Asia – and the world – by the Consultancy of the Year Awards, being named Global Consultancy of the Year and Korea Consultancy of the Year in 2012, and both India Consultancy of the Year and Asia Pacific Consumer Consultancy of the Year in 2011.

The award winners are selected based on submissions to the Holmes Consultancy Report Card; an annual publication analysing individual PR agencies.
