Catherine Hornby, director of digital strategy for the Cathay Pacific Central Team at McCann Worldgroup, argues the case for greater integration of marketing and agency functions. “Digital is the great leveller when it comes to agencies; no agency can afford to be very specific when it comes to their discipline or craft these days”, she says, arguing that more clients these days are demanding integration, driven by customer demand.
