Weber Shandwick teams from India and China were recognised by the International Public Relations Association (IPRA) as they announced the Golden World Awards (GWA) for Excellence 2016 winners this week.
Weber Shandwick China won for their work encouraging key opinion leaders to test drive DENZA’s electric vehicle, the launch Universal Pictures International “Minions”, and for their campaign with the California Walnuts Commission.
India was awarded for their digital work with Samsung.
The awards will be formally presented, along with an overall IPRA Grand Prix for Excellence, at a gala event in Doha, Qatar on 5 November 2016.
The annual IPRA GWA initiative, established in 1990, recognises excellence in public relations practice worldwide in a variety of categories.
