Among its other accolades, the Hong Kong office won Gold SABRE awards in 2006 and 2007, as well as Asia Pacific PR Awards in 2006 and 2007, Young PR Professional of the Year at the 2004 Asia Pacific PR Awards and a Certificate of Excellence at the 2004 SABRE Awards for international media relations for the International AIDS Conference.
In addition, the Hong Kong office was the only office in Asia to win Weber Shandwick's firm-wide Making a Difference award for its pro-bono work for the Hong Kong Cancer Fund in 2006. The team's work for the organisation's new support center, CancerLink Central, was honoured with a Gold SABRE award. In 2007, the Hong Kong office was named Caring Company for the fourth year in a row, this year for its work with Clear the Air. |
