In the first of a two-part video interview, Paul Pei, the executive director of Sales & Marketing at Ocean Park Hong Kong, talks about how a solid public relations strategy contributed to the business growth of the theme park, in particular noting how important it was for the company to engage and interact with its customer base.  “[Public relations] has changed the company dramatically,” he says. “And without question it is one of the reasons we are as successful as we are today.”
