Speaking about the firm’s appointment, Galeries Lafayette (Beijing) marketing director, Venus Chan, said, “Weber Shandwick has a deep understanding of the Chinese market and consumer brands. We believe that with Weber Shandwick’s fashion and commercial experience and strong influencer relationships, Galeries Lafayette will be able to effectively combine the concept of Parisian lifestyle and fashion, authentic French cuisine, and fine wine in its Beijing debut, sharing our belief that ‘fashion belongs to everyone’. ”
